Khalili Rural District (Persian: دهستان خلیلی)[3] is in the Central District of Gerash County, Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Khalili.[4]

In February 2008, Gerash District was separated from Larestan County in the establishment of Gerash County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Gerash as its capital and only city at the time.[4]

At the National Census of 2011, the rural district's population was 3,382 in 892 households.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,720 in 937 households. The most populous of its nine villages was Khalili, with 1,582 people.[2]
