Dasturan (Persian: دستوران, also Romanized as Dastūrān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Dasturan Rural District[4] of the Central District of Joghatai County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 846 in 228 households, when it was in the former Joghatai District of Sabzevar County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 915 people in 290 households,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Joghatai County.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 899 people in 288 households.[2]
