Banadkuk-e Dizeh (Persian: بنادكوك ديزه)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Banadkuk Rural District[4] of Nir District of Taft County, Yazd province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,535 in 483 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,227 people in 440 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,227 people in 440 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
