Hello! I'm not entirely sure what to ask for, but I'm hoping to make this image more "readable" for a forthcoming article on Democrat Hot Springs (skeleton at User:Jengod/Springsdraft

Request: So, this is a 480p photo of some discontinued McDonald's sides from an old TV commercial (80s copyright formalities PD). The thing is, it might be a third or fourth generation copy, and the colors are really ruined, maybe a little misaligned too. I was wondering if anyone knew how to color correct it, or what other work could be done that would make it more legible and useful.
