Yes, according to the Wikipedia:Featured topic criteria 3.a.ii articles must be at least of GA status, which How Many Votes Fix Mix EP is not. That's the reason I think, anyway :) --Regards, Mottenen (talk) 15:37, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
No, it's because the topic title is "M.I.A. albums" and that isn't an album. The Official Charts Company define an album as a release which is more than 20 minutes long. HMVFM isn't even ten minutes long, therefore it's not an album -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 21:14, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
