June 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Muhandes (talk) 11:15, 9 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You reverted my edit without leaving an explanation. I notice you never leave one. --Muhandes (talk) 11:19, 9 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request regarding {{certification Table Entry}}[edit]

Hi Yourfavelatin. I would like to request something from you, although this is by no means mandatory. You have been using {{certification Table Entry}} quite extensively, honing your proficiency with this non-trivial template, which is much appreciated. Recently I noticed you using it for Sweden certifications, but instead of using it with existing citation methods, you used a different method. This is actually a good idea, so I added your method to the template, and now everyone can use it, simply by adding |recent=artist. What I would like to ask is that in the future, when you find that something you need is not supported, consider asking for it at Template talk:Certification Table Entry. That way you help everyone else who may need this option. Happy editing! --Muhandes (talk) 11:49, 9 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
