RE: Tanaza[edit]

Hi Paul Smith 1970, A few questions for you and links that you may find helpful:

  • What is your connection with Tanaza?
  • Please review Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies), specifically these primary criteria that explain what kind of sources are needed. The sources you shared on my talk page do not meet these criteria.
  • In Wikipedia, several companies with less information and less impact in society have been published and accepted. Please review Wikipedia:Other stuff exists: those pages may not meet these criteria either and should be deleted, but each individual page must be evaluated on its own merits. SpencerT•C 14:13, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Spencer, a temporary block or if possible article salting might be needed at this juncture. The editor has proven to be a single purpose account for promotional editing. A review of the editors history shows a bizzare fixation on this particular article when literally other stuff exists.Celestina007 (talk) 15:08, 20 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Tanaza, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Information icon Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.
Information icon Hello, Paul Smith 1970. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI).   • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

Speedy deletion nomination of Tanaza[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Tanaza requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tanaza (2nd nomination). When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Other accounts?[edit]

Hi Paul Smith 1970, here you talk about "a page that I've created about the company Tanaza" – but your account was only a few hours old at that point, and the deletion in question happened a month earlier. Are you the same person who edited as User:Marco Papavero, the account that created the previous version of Tanaza? --bonadea contributions talk 15:46, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@bonadea No, I'm not the same person. The article is a variation of the refused article found on Everybody Wiki (a section where the refused article of Wikipedia lands when your staff decide to erase an article). I have tried to create a variation without any promotion intent. What I have written is what Tanaza is.

Request reason:

Your reason here There is no reason to block the account. I have simply created contents about a company took by Everybody Wiki. The creation of a page is not a reason to block an account

Decline reason:

Just because something exists on EverybodyWiki doesn't mean it should exist here. In fact, it usually means it shouldn't exist here. We have a very specific policy on what can and can't be included. Regardless, you have been blocked because you seem to be here for one reason and one reason only: to promote your now deleted page. If you would like to meaningfully contribute to other content, please tell us what you would edit, and that you understand our conflict of interest policies. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

User:CaptainEek A description of a company is not a promotion. You know the value of Wikipedia has in terms of Knowledge Graph with Google and encyclopedic importance for information and your moderator are purposely hindering a company to be there. I have also gently asked several times to be guided in the elimination of contents that you don't like or in the entire recreation of the article, and apart from using easy humourism, Wikipedia is not able to find a concrete reason to delete the article and block the account. Just a presumed conflict of interest about who writes or not.
