Mtl1969: I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. I did not intend any offense. I will note that, although the press release you sent me is correct, it is not in B&J's press release archive list, making it quite difficult to find. The wording of the message is perhaps a little blunt, but it is a standard Wikipedia template, and is in fact the weakest warning - see the list.

Thanks for uploading Image:Batignolles.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button

- I added an "under construction" template that will probably stop it from being speedy deleted. Just to be clear, I put the tag back because admins review speedy deletions and, as the above message indicates, speedy deletion tags should not be removed by the article's creator. Good Luck.
