To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. In removing the tag stating that the section "About Azerbaidjan" is off-topic, let me point out that we already have an article on the country here. Therefore, the information should not be duplicated in an article about a cycling tour, but instead simply linked to. If you look at the article Tour de France, you will find that it has no section titled "About France". -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 16:56, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
