Why are you always on Wikipedia, and why do you proclaim yourself GOD of the freaking kobe bryant page?[edit]
It's annoying, stop trolling the kobe bryant page like you own it. Fact is, you don't. Stop changing small sh*t every two seconds because you don't like grammar and other smart changes others have done. That is all.

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labelled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
When you leave the edit summary blank, some of your edits could be mistaken for vandalism and may be reverted, so please always briefly summarize your edits, especially when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you.

Please use preview ... again[edit]
To reiterate what has already been said ... You've made six changes to Dirk Nowitzki in the last seven minutes, each time leaving the edit summary blank. When I see a user change a minor stat, such as his field goals, from 100 to 150 to 151 without providing edit summaries, my immediate reaction is "VANDALISM!" I'm quite certain your edits are not vandalism, but it is quite frustrating when you repeatedly make insignificant changes with no edit summaries and without marking them as "minor edits." - No problem. Sorry about being so blunt--it's late, and I'm tired. Wikipedia really is full of very friendly people, and I'm usually one of them; it just seems, from looking at your talk page, that you've only had encounters with pissed off Wikipedians in the past. Date Article[edit]
With regard to Kobe Bryant's achievement in January rating inclusion in the date article for January 22nd, I disagree. It may have been the most notable sports achievement for the year, but that's not what's important. It's not a first, it doesn't have any impact on the world, etc. It would be great to include this in an article about January 22, 2006 - but not in a January 22 article. Note that many years have no events to mark them at all on a given date. Please reconsider posting this event in the January 22 article. Rklawton 16:08, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
Quick FYI[edit]
This was mentioned in the edit summaries when the scoring avg record was first removed, but of course that's easy to miss, so thought I'd let you know here this time, also: regarding the records listed on the Kobe Bryant page . . . Elgin's 38.3 avg in '62 does count, despite what the basketball reference link says. The official NBA standard is either 70 games played or 1,400 points. Elgin's '61-'62 makes the cut under the latter criterion.[1]

Sorry -- didn't mean to clobber your edit. But I do need to double-check your entry since I've seen 31 cited before for MJ's 50+ pt games in several places. We do need to identify the correct value. Myasuda 18:56, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, thanks for the correction on MJ's 40+ point games -- I'll update it to 173. I will stick with 31 for MJ's 50+ point games (see [2]); I've never seen 30 cited elsewhere, and various Google searches only retrieved references to 31. I do appreciate your fact-checking! Personal knowledge[edit]
Hey MCDRLx, just wanted to comment on your changes to Los Osos High School. I see one of the edit summaries refers to "personal knowledge" as the source for some information. I'm sure what you've written is true (you'd know better than I do, since you went to the school!), but you're not supposed to use personal knowledge as the basis for adding stuff to the encyclopedia. Magic Johnson has been chosen to be our very first Collaboration of the Month article. Although this is article is already a Good Article, it still can be improved. The goal is to improve this article by the end of May so that it can be nominated for Featured Article status. In particular, free-use images should be found for the article, all Manual of Style guidelines should be followed, and a neutral point of view should be maintained throughout the article. If there is anything you can do to improve the article, then please help out. |

Last month's Collaboration of the Month, Magic Johnson was a great success. A total of 560 edits were made to the article during the month of May, and the article was eventually nominated as a Featured Article Candidate. Although the article was not promoted, it was significantly improved through the work of many editors. This month's Collaboration of the Month is Steve Nash. Although this is article is already a Good Article, it still can be improved. In particular, all prose should conform to Featured Article standards, all statements should be verified, and the text should be in a neutral point of view. If there is anything you can do to improve the article, then please help out.
 The Collaborator of the Month is given to the editor with the most number of substantial, beneficial edits to the article chosen as the Collaboration of the Month. This month's Collaborator of the Month award goes to Chensiyuan (talk · contribs). Although he had previously helped Magic Johnson to became a Good article, he made literally hundreds of edits during the month of May. For his contributions, he is rewarded with the NBA Collaborator of the Month Award. However, all beneficial edits made by any editor was a help.
