You have made an optimal original contribution to CrossFit, that solves a true deficiency, so good job. And you did it according to the letter and spirit of collegial (civil collaboration) editing principles. Two years ago, I spent weeks learning the concept of citations and how to make proper citations, and I'm still to this day finding my old malformed contributions from back then. Just this week, I discovered that I had completely left the URLs out of {{cite web}} after my first full month of serious editing. ;) This stuff is hard.
