Discretionary range administators[edit]
@Ivanvector: It would be interesting to see a table showing those administrators who were passed in the discretionary range, along with current status, and some investigation into whether there's been any problems with those administrators since being promoted. Years ago, I saw and noted that the administrators who had their rights removed were not those who fell into the discretionary range in their RfAs.
