Sorry for the late reply. Speedy deletion doesn't usually determine whether an article is objectively notable or not (rather, it is applied if the article doesn't *claim* to be reasonably notable). Along with that, the deleted Hoopla Doopla was written in a style that makes it look like an advertisement (articles should, on the other hand, strive to be neutral). Unfortunately, the one you're currently writing is also similar, and as such may run the risk of being deleted too (someone from WP:AFC typically reviews them first, though, if that process is used). -- Mentifisto 19:52, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Hoopla Doopla[edit]

Why can't I edit Wikipedia?
