Speedy deletion nomination of OASE journal[edit]

A tag has been placed on OASE journal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. Status and Advice[edit]
As reviewing administrator, I didn't delete it-- it is clear ' that it's a publication produced by an organization of architects & engineers in russia. But is not written in adequately clear English. Unless you can improve it, and show that it is indexed in major selective indexers or otherwise meets WP:N, it will almost certainly be deleted. DGG ( talk ) 02:46, 13 June 2013 (UTC)

Copying licensed material requires proper attribution[edit]
Hi. I see in A+BE you included material from a webpage that is available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. I've added the attribution for this particular instance. The article Project Baikal has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non-notable journal. Not indexed in any selective databases, no independent sources. Does not meet WP:NJournals or WP:GNG.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
