Note 2: When it is April fool's day, DO NOT TROUT ME as an April Fool's joke. In the past I had a trout button which I removed due to persistent abuse of it. If you trout me on April Fool's Day I will revert you and ask that you do not do it again.

Note 3: Any comments here regarding a vandal or from a blocked user that I was WP:AGF will be archived once I ensure there is nothing left to say per WP:DENY.

Note 4: If I remove your comment and you add it back, I will revert you and warn you for doing so. If you do it again after that then I will report you for harassment. This crap has gone on for way too long and I've become less and less tolerant of it. Removing comments from my own talk page is perfectly allowable per WP:OWNTALK.

Update![edit]

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I last provided an update on what's going on. So, here's a quick update on my life and account. I still have work so I'm still not going to be nearly as active as I used to be, however I will try and maintain a somewhat regular activeness here on Wikipedia. I do have a mobile device but uh, mobile editing sucks so I probably will only use it for small edits rather than big ones. I'm not sure how active I'll be so for now I'm keeping my mentor status as away. ― Blaze WolfTalkblaze__wolf 19:54, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Good to see you back around. 74.73.224.126 (talk) 20:31, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Wolf. I'll add a reference to the story on James Dyson and repost. Didn't realise that everything needs a reference.

Question from MelConfidentiel (20:16, 13 May 2024)[edit]

Hi, thank you for occupying this mentor role!

I tried to translate a page from its French version, but I could only save it under draft. How can I follow up on this page to polish it more in the future?

Many thanks --MelConfidentiel (talk) 20:16, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I get it now, thank you! MelConfidentiel (talk) 20:34, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Question from ElephantElephant2 (22:30, 13 May 2024)[edit]

There's an antisemitic editor changing the definition of "Hanukkah". Please advise. --ElephantElephant2 (talk) 22:30, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It appears you are referring to my revert, and I urge you to assume good faith and avoid personal attacks. --ZimZalaBim talk 22:51, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
(talk page watcher) @ElephantElephant2: Logically, the only reason for another editor, particularly an experienced one, to revert an edit is if it violated or contradicted a policy. Thanks for adding back content with a citation; here, we don't really care what profession you have if you can show us a reliable source.
I hope you understand this. Rusty4321 talk contribs 22:55, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Question from MelConfidentiel (18:46, 15 May 2024)[edit]

Hi! I have a question regarding major edits on Wikipedia. I am planning to restructure an article, add content, and include relevant references. What is the best way to proceed with these types of edits?

Specifically, can I remove and add new headings and subheadings along with the modified content? Additionally, does the process differ for the French Wikipedia?

Thank you very much for your guidance. --MelConfidentiel (talk) 18:46, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

(talk page watcher) @MelConfidentiel: The process will differ for each language Wikipedia, as the policies and guidelines were all originally the same, but each language Wikipedia went in its own direction based on the community's consensus. However, at least on English Wikipedia, just go ahead and be bold! Don't be afraid to make an edit. Rusty4321 talk contribs 03:41, 17 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, thank you! MelConfidentiel (talk) 14:51, 17 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Question from Paklover11 (02:44, 17 May 2024)[edit]

Hi, I know this is sort of random, but I have been editing articles about Mongolia, and my Wikipedia homepage says I have no edits. I would like to get edits, so I can write Wikipedia pages and have them approved. How can I do this, thank you, --Paklover11 (talk) 02:44, 17 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
