Mourant article[edit]

Thanks for putting in the new article about Mourants. I have been trying to get around to putting articles in on all the major offshore law firms, but it is a slow task.

Any chance I could persaude you to try and put something about the history of the firm in, when it was founded and when it expanded etc.? That helps prevent it being just a puff-piece of pseudo advertising (which tend to get tagged for deletion).

Thanks. --Legis (talk - contribs) 16:57, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No Problem[edit]

Of course, I'll pull some things together and post it up.

Thanks

Proposed deletion of Justin Thorne[edit]

The article Justin Thorne has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

ANNA Money moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to ANNA Money. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and it is promotional and reads like an advertisement. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 18:05, 6 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for taking a looking at the ANNA Money page. I can look at finding more sources, but I was just trying to create a similar business info page as Monzo, Tide or Wise:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monzo https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tide_(financial_service) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wise_(company)
What adjustments can I make to bring the page more in line with these? AnteVirusjT (talk) 13:08, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

HI @MaxnaCarta
Thank you for taking a look at the article. I hear what you're saying, but I am struggling to see what is the fundemental difference between this article and these approved company article pages:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monzo
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tide_(financial_service)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pockit
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starling_Bank
I thought media sources such as:
The Times
CNBC
Bloomberg
The Guardian
Would be acceptable.
Thank you again for your assistance. AnteVirusjT (talk) 09:38, 23 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
They are acceptable sources. The coverage itself is not. My decision is final, if you disagree then resubmit and let someone else review. Thanks. — MaxnaCarta  ( 💬 • 📝 ) 10:01, 23 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
