On June 15th, 2007, I was granted the mop and am now an administrator. As an admin, I am open to recall. My terms of recall are Here. Thank you to all the voters who gave me the third-most supports in the 2010 ArbCom Elections. It is really much appreciated.

My goal for the next two years:

Continue to be communicative, fully explaining my thoughts with arbitration cases, be it drafting, working with the parties, or voting.

May 2012 note: My second, two year-term is expiring in December, and unless there's some very extreme circumstances (like a complete lack of qualified candidates for the open positions), I will not be running for re-election and take at least a year off from the Committee.

The Committee must always be open to new blood, and new ideas. The first time I vehemently disagreed with the Committee, I wondered how the "Old Guard" could make such a mistake. Now, with three years in the job... *I* am the Old Guard.

Email of the Moment: When I was coming up with a "fake name" for a question I had to write up for my arbitrator duties, I took one that came to mind quickly. An interested on looker asked me where the heck I got that name from. To answer that question publicly, doesn't any one remember Charlie Brown's Favorite Baseball Player, Joe Shlabotnik?. And yes, while my time is limited on email, I do *TRY* to answer all emails quickly whenever possible.. -- Foz

I know it is the policy of some arbcoms to delete barnstars, so my feelings won't be hurt.

The Admin's Barnstar
The Admin's Barnstar may be awarded to administrators who made a particularly difficult decision, did a tiresome but needed admin task, cleared some nasty backlog or just to show an administrator that you think they are doing good work in a particular area of "the job" and that their work is appreciated.

Thanks. Ikip 01:25, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
