I am a German native and therefore I work first and foremost for the German Wikipedia. My specialty is the Middle East in general and especially contemporary Syria. The English Wikipedia has mostly more articles about issues concerning Syria and I can often use the sources listed there for my research for German versions. My work for the English Wikipedia consists only of correcting mistakes (which are often to be found, since the English Wikipedia accepts stubs too fast, therefore the overview sometimes gets lost and articles lack maintenance).
