I am a paid employee of the University of Maryland Libraries (UMD Libraries), where I work in Special Collections and University Archives – specifically Special Collections in Mass Media and Culture. My job concerns processing collections, creating metadata, and answering questions from and doing research for patrons.

When I am editing Wikipedia as part of my official professional duties, I strive to strictly abide by Wikipedia's accepted practices on conflicts of interest, neutrality, and notability.
