Because it wasn't even a stub. There were no categories and no information - it just said How to Fight a Girl is a book by Thomas Rockwell. It is the sequel to How to Eat Fried Worms. That information is now in a (short) article with some context which is what an encyclopedia is intended to give. Any such redirect should target the book article How to Eat Fried Worms, which calls How to Fight a Girl a sequel. Probably that article is mistaken; should be both fixed and expanded concerning its sequel or two. See also Talk:How to Eat Fried Worms#Sequels?.
