Hold on this guy seems to have actually been important to the Entente cordiale. (Unless a different Barclay is meant It's not, see his book) I just assumed the article being so cruddy, and linking to so little, meant his getting nominated for the Peace Prize so much was a fluke. I'll expand it myself then, but later. I'm having some sinus problems right now and I have things to do in life.
