Comment by Dr KR Rao[edit]

There are umpteen glaring anomalies in the recommendations of the pay commission that needed to be addressed to.For instance, the pre-2006 pensioners are not allowed to avail 50% pension as their counterparts in the post-2006 retirees. This benefit is to be extended to all categories of pensioners irrespective of their years of service they had put in.This should be done on humanitarian grounds since the senior citizens deserve a better deal. The commutation amount that was given to the pre-2006 pensioners was ridiculously low while the post-2006 pensioners are allowed to have a hefty ten lakh largesse.A fine line is to be drawn between these two groups, and a mid-point is to be ferreted out to extend the benefits the pre-2006 pensioners. It's justifiable because they cannot avail of the other facilities like HRA,Travel allowance and Insurance and Children's eduaction fund that are open to the existing work force. And finally, all state governments should extend the fiduciary benefits forthwith without finding refuge in vague generalities and abfuscating techniques. When the Centre has promised to share the fiscal burden, where was the necessity for other state governments like Maharashtra and Andrapradesh to put on hold the payment of the UGC recommended pay scales? Some doctors of an autonomous body are not getting benifit of Dynamic ACPafter 25 years of Service under the Ministry of Health and F.W govt. of India.[edit]

There are some doctors in National Institute of Homeopathy,Kolkata working as Medical Officers and Assistant Research Officers for more than 25 years. This is an autonomous organisation under the department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. They are deprived without any proper reason and woking in same post and scale of pay for long period. There is no promotional avenue for them and not getting Dynamic ACP which has been recommended by 5th and 6th Central pay commission. Dept. of AYUSH has its own order so that it is iplemented in Delhi Municipal Commission and some other Staes Health Service.Doctors are have applied several times but everything went in vain.Nobody is thinking for them exceptverbal assurence from Secretaries and Joint secretaries of AYUSH.We are very confuse about it that either they will get Dynamic ACP or not. in the mean time some seniors doctors already retired from service. Therefore only pay commision can solve this matter if they consider it sympathetically.

Table[edit]

I feel it would be better to have the table contents as prose in dot point or similar because of two reasons. Firstly, it seems to mainly be a complaint about the changes to the pay scales. Secondly, the layout of prose in the final column makes it difficult to read. Myrtlegroggins (talk) 02:48, 17 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
