What does "cleaned out three villages" mean?[edit]
So the Syrian Army entered and "cleaned out three villages." But only one person was killed, and that only reportedly, and the article doesn't even specify that the killing, if it took place, took place in Sirmaniyah. Thus the paragraph doesn't seem to contribute any actual information to the article. If the Syrian army actually did something of historical/cultural importance there, it should be described.
