User:Sophia91, are you sure you've given his names in the correct order? He's introduced in this interview on YouTube as "Grandmaster Salem Saleh"; many other sources also use this order, including the Dubai Chess Club, the Tata Steel website, ChessBase (full name given here) and Chessdom. FIDE frequently inverts the order of people's names (e.g. in languages like Tamil where the family name usually appears first) and I suspect that's happened here too.
