The dish in the picture looks like a generic watery curry rather than a Karahi, it could be many other dishes from looking at just that picture and Karahi which is suppsed to be with minimal shorba is not an option.
This article doesn't seem to be in good shape currently, but it's hard to argue with a straight face that Pakistani meat dishes, or most of the dishes named, are made up or hoaxes. Indeed, many of them are wikilinked to their own articles!
