This is only the skeleton af an article about a federation of chess. I will send the link to the federation director , so he may develop the article. It should be about the history of the federation and all the other headlines that are written already.

The list of names is the Grand Masters of chess , and Senior chess masters and International masters , all of them top players that are worthy of an entry in the wikipedia.
