Penge[edit]

Supposedly on the borders of Wiltshire and Somerset, a rural area of England a long way west of London. But as far as I'm aware Penge is a suburb of south-east London. And the Wikipedia article on Penge (the London suburb) mentions that it is referred to in Forster's novel "Maurice".
