Lil Nas X Article Edit Request[edit]
Can anybody here please change Lil Nas X's occupation list (not the one in the infobox) to "American rapper, singer, songwriter, and media personality", and his music genres in the infobox to "Hip hop · country rap · pop · trap"?
Pregnancy?[edit]
I keep seeing him on TikTok about him being pregnant. Is he a trans man? Or this pregnancy thing fake?CycoMa (talk) 19:21, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
- It was a photoshoot promoting the Sept 17 release of his album (i.e., his "baby").[1] Maybe worth a brief mention in Lil Nas X#2020–present:_Montero. Politanvm talk 19:53, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
- Well I’m sorry I don’t know anything about this guy.CycoMa (talk) 18:43, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
- No need to apologize, @CycoMa! Some additional context: Lil Nas X is parodying Drake's recent album cover (Certified Lover Boy) which features pregnant women emojis. Lil Nas X made his own version with pregnant man emojis and then took it as far as getting a fake pregnant stomach. Though I'm not sure if it is makeup or Photoshop. Considering there's been some videos I'm guessing it's all makeup, which is really impressive for how realistic it looks. ––FormalDude talk 18:50, 22 September 2021 (UTC)

- He took it to the next level with a remark about having a “son”, which one person took literally and added it to the page. The “son”: https://twitter.com/lilnasx/status/1569438972711149568?s=61&t=s5NpdnJ1dH5K5AZUvVSzkw
I undid it and left a polite note for the person who made the change. It was understandable. Bob Kerns (talk) 09:16, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
Unnecessary Capitalization?[edit]
In the introduction, it labels Lil Nas X as the first Black rapper to win a CMA, who also came out openly as LGBT. Should "Black" not be "black", in lowercase? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.157.127.36 (talk) 18:32, 11 January 2022 (UTC)

Add accolade[edit]
Can someone add that Lil Nas X was named a 2023 Money Changemaker by Money (magazine)? Xtdnyc (talk) 21:23, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
Isn't he gay?[edit]
I noticed that the categories now say "Bisexual" instead of "Gay". When did Lil Nas X stop being gay? —theMainLogan (t•c) 21:23, 9 August 2023 (UTC)
- Category:Gay men says
Some men may dual-identify and therefore will be included in both categories.
I guess this would be the case. I believe he didn't stop being gay. Also being bisexual doesn't make anyone less gay. The category was removed here by Giovanni 0331. - Anyways, I don't know if you didn't notice, but sexual orientations are typically covered in the Personal life section. He came out as "a little bisexual" in January via tweeting, as many sources say. MikutoH (talk) 00:27, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
- "Also being bisexual doesn't make anyone less gay." What does this even mean? —theMainLogan (t•c) 13:34, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
- As a pansexual I should probably reply to this. It doesn't mean he ever declined his interest in men, it's that he learns of his growing interest in women as well. As for a ratio, who knows, but it's not always a 50/50. Sometimes sexuality is hard to define. Anyone can change their mind on that I guess. So he's now bi. His religion[edit]
It's stated here that he's Christian, but I doubt that since his newest music video "J Christ" is clearly mocking Christianity 84.59.55.31 (talk) 19:32, 7 February 2024 (UTC)
