Copy Vio removed[edit]

Virtually the entire article was a copy-paste from http://www.sumera.ee/?id=57 and http://www.edition49.de/composers/l_sumera/vaitmaa-2003.htm in violation of copyright. I have removed the copyvio material, and rewrItten the article as a viable stub. I have also added references and an external link which provides further detailed information about this composer for editors who may wish to expand this article in their own words.
