Karigasniemi, Finland, apparently does have a Saami majority, and for that reason apparently should have a Saami name. This appears to be a matter of indigenous people's identity versus national identity, where the Saami people apparently have an international recognition, although Karigasniemi, the municipality, is in the nation of Finland.
