Galette-merguez[edit]

Should this at least mention also the multicultural version, incorporating not a pork sausage but a grilled North African mutton sausage? These are widely available at markets and fairs in Brittany and seem quite popular. Sjwells53 (talk) 20:21, 18 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
