Just Greens![edit]

You will NEVER find Caldo Verde served with Kale or any other green leaf other than Collard Greens in Portugal. Maybe in posh restaurants where they've been influenced by the modern popularity of Kale, but true Caldo Verde does NOT use Kale. "Seven wonders" award[edit]

The "seven Portuguese wonders" award doesn't seem like any kind of legitimate award, just a business promotion. The reason it has an article only on Portuguese Wikipedia (and not on English Wikipedia) appears to be the fact that nobody outside of Portugal has ever heard of these awards - because they are meaningless. The award for "Best Portuguese Cooking In My House" always goes to me, because no one else here wants to make dinner.
