Shahriari-ye Olya (Persian: شهریاری علیا)^[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Shahriari Rural District of Chahak District of Khatam County, Yazd province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 575 in 132 households, when it was in Chahak Rural District.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 570 people in 154 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 708 people in 192 households.^[2]

After the census, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Chahak District, which was divided into two rural districts.^[4]
