Nashaba Victor is the team Leader at VINAStech, a Ugandan IT firm.[1] He serves as the Assistant Secretary of Senatus of Uganda,[2] Legion of Mary, a position he has held since his re-election in May 2022.[3] He is a Ugandan Techpreneur that has been known for his contributions in the field of IT and business development services.[4]
For the contribution to the tech industry, Nashaba was nominated by KEOnline,[5] a Kenyan Company for the Digitally Fit Awards[6] for an award of the CEOs & Founders in small IT & TECHNOLOGY Making a difference.[7]
Business career[edit]
Nashaba runs an IT firm VINAStech[8] under VINAS Business Technicians Limited[9] that he started while a student at Makerere University.
Notably, VINAStech has served various clients such as Uganda Media Women's Association,[10] Senatus of Uganda,[11] Woolworths and Ecoconcrete among others.
Legion of Mary at 100 in Uganda[edit]
Nashaba Victor became prominent having spearheaded the Centenary celebrations[12] of the Legion of Mary in all the 19 Catholic Dioceses in Uganda.[13][14]
Legion of Mary worldwide celebrated the Centenary[15] since it was started by Servant of God, Frank Duff in Ireland on 7 September 1921.[16] The Legion of Mary has grown to the largest apostolic movement in the Catholic Church.
