Naseri (Persian: ناصری), also Romanized as Nāserī,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Naseri Rural District of Khanafereh District, Shadegan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,426 in 226 households, when it was in the former Khanafereh Rural District of the Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,843 people in 415 households,[6] by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the establishment of Khanafereh District.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,606 people in 417 households.[2]
