Marzbani (Persian: مرزباني), also Romanized as Marzbānī, Marzabānī, and Marzebānī; also known as Marzyānī,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Posht Darband Rural District of Bilavar District, Kermanshah County, Kermanshah province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 568 in 144 households, when it was in the Central District).[5] The following census in 2011 counted 607 people in 178 households,[6] by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the establishment of Bilavar District.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 432 people in 136 households.[2]
