Gehlee Dangca is a Filipina member of the South Korean girl group UNIS. She was born on August 19, 2007, in Las Piñas, Philippines.^[1]

Early Life and Career[edit]

Before her K-pop career, Dangca was already accustomed to the stage, having participated in local beauty pageants.^[2] She has been working as a pageant and fashion model since the age of 12.^[1]

K-pop Career[edit]

Dangca flew to South Korea to compete in the SBS survival show Universe Ticket. There, she competed against 82 contestants from across the globe for a spot in the eight-member girl group, now known as UNIS. Despite starting with a 22nd place ranking out of 82, Gehlee showed her tenacity and made her way to the top. She was the fourth trainee announced as a member of UNIS.^[2]

Personal Life[edit]

Dangca has two brothers named Third and Galvin.^[1]
