- Comment: I don't think you're going to be able to show that a journal begun less than two years ago passes the guidelines at WP:NJOURNAL, sorry. If this journal has received significant news coverage for some reason, you might be able to show that it is notable based on that. (See WP:GNG.) asilvering (talk) 02:19, 4 August 2022 (UTC)

Educational Technology Quarterly (ETQ, Educ. Technol. Q) is a Diamond Open Access[1] peer-reviewed academic journal covering educational technology that was established in 2021.
Focus and scope[edit]
ETQ is dedicated to exploring the ways in which digital technology can enhance education. The journal welcomes research papers on the pedagogical uses of digital technology, provided the focus is broad enough to be of interest to a wider education community. In addition to empirical work, ETQ encourages the submission of systematic reviews and meta-analyses that include clear research questions, a framework of analysis, and conclusions that reflect the aims of the paper.
ETQ also allows publishing of special issues or sections to reflect current interest and research in topical or developing areas.[2] Some topics covered in recent issues include flipped learning in a cloud-oriented environment, computer-oriented management of students' educational activity, and gamification implementation for educational purposes.
Publication[edit]
Educational Technology Quarterly is published and hosted by the Academy of Cognitive and Natural Sciences, Ukraine. The online version is open access, requiring neither subscription nor registration. All previous issues are accessible online.
Recognition and indexing[edit]
EBSCO, a leading provider of research databases, e-journals, magazine subscriptions, e-books, and library discovery services, has indexed ETQ[3]. Educational Technology Quarterly also indexed by ERIH PLUS[4].
According to the Google Scholar, the ETQ H-index is 17[5].
