Charles Minor was a lawyer and politician in Arkansas. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives.

He was involved in the impeachment of Powell Clayton.[1] He votes to impeach Chief Justice John McClure.[2]

He served two terms in the Arkansas House.[3]

He testified he lived in Jackson County.[4]
