Changed is a puzzle game developed by Dragonsnow and Shizi and released onto Steam by Dragonsnow. It was released for Windows on April 4th 2018.[1] It follows the story of a man named Colin, who wakes up in a laboratory, and has to escape it, avoiding "Latex Beasts" that seek to use him as a host.[1] The game was popularized due to in-game characters, and some YouTube videos gaining the algorithim. It is also popular for inventing the concept of a "transfur", where the character is turned into an anthropomorphic animal. It is a relatively popular game in the Furry fandom, due to its characters, which many perceive as cute, and due to the "transfur" concept.

The main character, named Colin wakes up from cryopreservation into a lab he does not recognize. After interacting with the vent in this room, he is attacked by a simple "Latex Beast" referred to as a "Milk Pudding". After tricking it into falling into a grate in the room, as the creatures are made of a liquid referred to as "Latex" (It is not actually latex, it was a mistranslation that stuck). After leaving the room, Colin solves a puzzle involving the floor, which releases a more humanoid Latex that chases him down. After escaping it, he ends up in a room with a cat made of the liquid. The cat runs faster then him, so he must outsmart it by making it tired. He then walks through two rooms until he makes it to the "Black Latex" biome. The liquid has taken over these rooms, covering them with it and filling them with denizens made out of the liquid. After making it through the rooms, he encounters a large being called the "
