Darun Kola-ye Sharqi (Persian: درونكلاشرقي), also Romanized as Darūn Kolā-ye Sharqī and Darūn Kalā Sharqī, and Darūn Kolā Sharqī,[3] is a village in Babol Kenar Rural District of Babol Kenar District, Babol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,007 in 551 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,808 people in 570 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,781 people in 627 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
