Cherrybrook Village Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in Cherrybrook, New South Wales, Australia. Opened in 1989,[1] the shopping complex is considered a local community centre in Cherrybrook, and is known for its boutique shopping experience.[2]

Cherrybrook Village Shopping Centre opened in 1989 by Mirvac and was extensively refurbished and expanded in 2004.[1][3] In 2021, the shopping centre was sold by Mirvac to SLMC Property Australia for $132.8 million.[4]

The single-story shopping centre is anchored by a Woolworths and includes 55 speciality stores.[2][3]

Revenue[edit]

In September 2014, Mirvac announced that the shopping centre receives 2.5 million visitors annually and generates an annual revenue of $115 million, making it ranked ranked 7th in Australia on sales per m2 performance.[2]
