Upmerge to 2'3" railways in the UK[edit]

There were only three 2'3" railways in the UK, one in Scotland, two in Wales. These would be better categorized nationally. Andy Dingley (talk) 11:12, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A second thought is that categorizing nationally would break up the hierarchy I created the last couple of days. Right now, for each country all narrow gauges ever used are listed.
