Graphic indexes to block plots and master grids.Lithographed base maps are G.S.G.S. No. 3927, Sheets 2, 7, 12, 16 and 17, published by the War Office. Sheets 2, 7 and 12 are published 1934 and stamped '2nd Proof O[rdnance].S[urvey].O[ffice]. Southampton 10 July 1934; sheets 16 and 17 are published 1935 (filed at Maps MOD GSGS 3927). Portray hydrology, relief by contours, form lines, spot heights and rock drawing, vegetation, roads and tracks, settlements, water sources, triangulation stations, boundary points, the international boundary and place names. The extent of block plots and master grids have been added in manuscript.The master grids are filed at WOOS/33/5. |
